From script to final cut, every step handled by people who love telling stories. We build the film before the film exists, so agencies and production companies can pitch, approve and pre-test with confidence.
Monstro means "monster" in Portuguese. And yes, it's a Frankenstein reference.
In Brazilian advertising, a monstro is the film you build before the film exists. Back in the day we made it from scraps: hours of research through existing footage, cutting and stitching other people's shots to the script so the client could see how the idea would look if approved and shot. A creature made of borrowed parts. Same thing you'd call a ripomatic or a stealomatic.
Now we build the monstro with AI instead. Same purpose, no borrowed parts: we generate the shots for the actual script, with the actual characters, in the actual look, and cut them to picture with sound. What the client sees is as close as you can get to the finished spot without a single day of shooting.
That's what we do for agencies and production companies: a monstro that wins the pitch, gets the concept approved or pre-tests the idea, in 48 to 72 hours, so the money goes to the shoot only when everyone has already seen the film.
Board, script or a deck. We read the tone, the palette and the references and lock the visual direction with you.
Consistent characters and hero frames approved before anything moves. This is where character consistency is won.
Image-to-video pipeline (Veo, Kling, SeeDance, Midjourney, Higgsfield) with fixed character descriptions across every shot.
Edited to picture in Premiere / DaVinci Resolve, with temp VO, music and sound design. It plays like a spot, not like a test.
Approved? We either finish it as a full AI film or the live-action crew shoots with the monstro as the blueprint.
30 to 60 seconds from script or deck, two revision rounds. Built to win the room or pre-test the idea.
Visual direction plus 12 to 20 key frames with consistent characters, ready for client presentation.
Full spots or social cutdowns with strict character consistency, 16:9 / 4:5 / 9:16 versions, sound design.
